  • From the parking lot alone. It does not lead or link to casino like many hotels on the strip do. Place looks classy as you walk in until you get a herd of staff coming up to you hungry to make you purchase their timeshare. So annoying. Look, I know your trying to do your job but when you see a guest carrying heavy luggage and sweating from walking so far away from your far far away parking lot in 104F heat, DO NOT stop them asking how's your day and if you want a free show. Really?! Now?! Walking further in, another herd of staff will try to come up to you, again?!?! Seriously?! Checking in was ok. Lady said they don't have any king size beds ready yet. So either we wait to check in later or settle for 2 queens. Do i really need more problems? Im tired so i settled. She then stated, "ok, I'll put you in our newly remodeled rooms in the other tower." Ok, thats better. The room was roomy and clean. New carpets hut some of the drawers from TV cabinets were open. Someone was in a hurry to clean which scares me Probably understaffed and thats why i didn't get the king bed i booked. Going into bathroom, it did not match the room itself. It looked like the hotel rooms you book like Travelodge or Motel 6. Tub corners had mildew/mold stains along with seams on floor around it. The patch work paint on tub itself but had new walls. So the so-called remodel was just a little update more like. Trying to get a goodnight sleep, i wake up to drilling and hammering at 8am!! Great, this really did it for me. Poor management or no common sense staff. Why would you put guest in surrounding rooms being remodeled?! Do you not want returning guest or what? Guess not. Just told my friend to cancel her stay here next week and book somewhere else! Lastly, as we check out (along with each time we walk out of elevator, again in middle of casino and again near doors) that you will get at least 2-3 separate times being harassed by timeshare people!! That last time someone did as i checked out, I simply stated "Not after how my stay went"
