  • I have a previous review about dried out rice etc. My husband gave you guys another shot today in hopes that he would change his mind. The owner or manager was a very nice man. Great business person. My husband had nothing but nice things to say. He offered my husband a buy one get one free bowl card and a free scoop of protein with his bowl for today, it was outstanding service. The space is great the toppings are outstanding. The rice..... is not good. The first time and second and third time we visited, amazing moist sushi rice. After that, dried out old rice..... The fourth time, the rice was just OK, not anywhere near traditional sushi rice and subpar. The fifth time, I asked my husband what he thought. He said well, the service was great, the fish was great, the space was great BUT I won't be back because the rice is not good at all. He told me that he had to make himself eat it and it wasn't enjoyable. WHY aren't you guys making sushi rice? I don't get it. ???
