  • Downtown camera promise me next day photo service. When I went to go pick them up they said that the pictures were never printed. I used a kiosk to select my photos and nobody told me I needed to use the receipt and pay for the photos before they would ever get printed. I had a lady help me out and explain the whole process and she neglected to mention this very important step. So when I went to go pick up the photos they weren't there. Very disappointed and I won't be going back
