Cable internet and home security all went out Wednesday. Zero help from customer service outside of having to repeat my name social and email address every person I spoke with. I spoke with 6 different people received a different answer from each one. (None were helpful) Have to schedule my third service appt in their stupid 2 hour window and miss work again all for a company who has no issue taking your 200.00+ a month but no where to be found when you are in need. Single female with no working internet tv or security system and no credit for the inconvenience. It's a joke on customer service and I 1000000% am switching companies. Been a loyal customer for over 15 years and when I have a problem not one person fixes or does anything about. Monopoly and truthfully embarrassed to have spoke so highly of them. Use another carrier, DO NOT USE COX COMMUNICATIONS.
