Casio and Restaurants are good. No complaints what so ever there. The rooms on the other hand actually the worst rooms I have ever stayed on and I stay in a lot of hotels for work. Our first room was dirty and the sink look disgusting. All of the furniture had huge dings that made it look like it was purchased from a flee market. We called the front desk and they switched rooms for us. Our new room was on the 25th floor over looking the pool. Now our room is noisy as they are blaring music at the pool. As for cleanliness this room is far worse. Also all of the faucets are corroded so badly they look like they were installed in the 30's and never maintained or changed. The TV remote had a film of something on it which I just resolved my self not to touch with my bare hands. The staff did try to accommodate the first time but this is not a complaint against them. It is a complaint against the ownership as they obviously have no interest in ensuring a half decent resort. Hope this is the next hotel that get demolished to put in a newer fancier hotel.
