| - I see other reviews here that say the same, but I'll add my two cents... my treatment was INCREDIBLE. The facility itself was sub-par. I was actually a little hesitant to book anything here based on these reviews, but since we were staying at the Biltmore I went for it. I am honestly SO GLAD I DID. I got the jewel of the desert and it was well worth the $$$, and (insert name, will try to come back and add it if i remember) was nothing short of phenomenal. If I lived in AZ I would let her take all my money for a treatment every weekend! It was a full body massage with nothing skipped or done halfway. Hot stones, oils, aromatherapy, energy therapy, etc. It does focus on the chakra system, but does not go too far to where someone who is not familiar or really into that would be uncomfortable. She just provided some general comments on the chakra, what she was using, and what the point of it was... For someone like me who does know about the chakra system, it wasn't too basic either. It was honestly a perfect mix. She lead me through the treatment without too much chatter and focused on the physical work. The explanation was short and sweet, the actual treatment went FAR BEYOND expectation. Just how it should be. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
To be frank on the facilities, they're just fine. Fine. Nothing over the top, but not gross or uncomfortable. There were showers, saunas, lockers, a jacuzzi bath, etc. It felt a little like your gym, plus a few additional amenities like snacks and teas, staff to check on you, etc. They give you robes and slides. Again, just the basics.
