rev:text	waste of money and time. they kept our dog for 12 hours to run 2 tests.. and didnt even diagnose her with anything that our regular vet didnt tell us already. $3000 & our dog got better by our primary veterinarian giving our dog steroids. we thought she had megaesphogus long story short. this was 2 weeks ago and we still haven't received the results from her test. you would think with as much as they charge for shipping they could get the results in faster. but anyway, the lady who took payment was nice but the vet tech(petite blonde lady) was a little sarcastic and annoying. she basically read everything off a paper , very slowly and when we asked to speak to the actual vet above her she said she was sent in his/her place , which mind you she had no idea how to answer our questions. we made a comment that she wasnt a doctor and she snapped back and said 'youre right im not' with a stupid smile on her face and sarcasticly toned. then went on to say 'i went to school too' and proceeded to kick us out without actually saying it. thats great for her. nurses go to school but dont tell patients they have cancer do they? if we wanted to speak to someone else it , she could of said 'ill see what i can do but its not a guarantee the vet will be available at this time' not some snarky remark because her feelings were obviously hurt. thats terrible people skills especially when someone is in distress about their dog being sick and stressed. had we known how horrible the reviews were on here and on facebook first before jumping the gun, we would have never went. nor will we ever be back. im glad to say our dog is slowly but surely going back to normal so thanks again VECC for charing us $3000 for no help at all.
