  • I've used this UPS Store for years despite others being closer to me. It's because Karen and her staff are wonderful! They all know me by name and are friendly and willing to go above and beyond. No matter what kooky requests I make when I need something printed or mailed, they always say yes! I was disappointed when I found out Mr. Earl was selling the store because he was so fantastic, but I'm happy to say that the customer service hasn't changed. I'd recommend this store to anyone, and I have!!
