  • I saw Dr. Salari on very short notice after I reinjured my back. He and his staff were very professional and understanding. After trying medication for a few weeks, he counseled against PT and epidural steroid injections and proceeded directly to a minidisectomy at the L5/S1 disc. The pain relief was immediate and keeps getting better. I had been through this seven years ago in New York and this was a much better experience.This is a top of the line surgical/medical practice that manages to stay accessible and good humored, unfortunately a rarity these days.
