  • Quality of fish remains fresh however the sushi rice was hard & crunchy this visit & yellowtail looked extremely hacked up. Also the amount of rice being used is much larger than normal. I hope they figure out these little hiccups because they really do make a difference in the enjoyment overall. I'll go back again because the fish really is fresh & tasty but there are other places that always hit the mark as well such as Sushi Mon.
