Their customer service is HORRIBLE at this location! They are easily THE MOST difficult place I've ever done business. I cancelled my membership within the first month because the schedule was not working with my daughter and my work schedule. I sucked it up and paid an extra month since I didn't cancel within 30 days. I haven't taken a class since early October but have been charged EVERY month, and have even been charged fees for not cancelling classes SINCE I'VE CANCELLED. They owe me a total of $852 and counting and are trying to get me to pay another month before they cancel it because "I attended class last week". I haven't set foot in this location since mid-September. Not to mention, I also had to BEG for pricing info over the phone while I was HOLDING MY CREDIT CARD TO PAY THEM. The people I speak to are always uninformed and can't solve any issues without the elusive management, who has yet to return any of my 9 calls or several emails since October. Textbook example of how to NOT treat your customers! ...and I train owners worldwide on sales, customer service. This is AWFUL and INFURIATING!!!
