  • I went here for the third time and the service department sucks. They are rude and very slow. I went here for an oil change and to get my Air bag looked at since the light was on. The service guy that greets you once you drive up was very slow getting to me. 10 minutes and he said that they didn't have any room to get me in. This is the third time I was told this. He said I shouldnt have a problem with the air bag because it wont deploy while driving. I then said so if I do get in an accident I have no air bags. He smiled and said "Yeah". I was very hot but being as tactful as I am I told him that the service department sucks and they have no clue on to run their service department. The manager really looks how they are running things or needs to get fired himself. Im sick and tired of Honda and will not return. Bad service and attitudes. Did not catch his name but was an older gentleman with gray hair. Never will return!!!!!
