James this is my 3rd time dealing with your lack of customer service. You get orders wrong and your lack of enthusiasm for serving customers is very unprofessional. And today I tried to place an order on the phone and you left me on hold for over 10 mins and i still didnt place my order. With every screw up, you have some lame excuse. Excuse are tools of the incompetent. I am very shocked you're a manager because your employees are carrying your same nonchalant/lazy atttitude. Do better!
