The general manager of this location, Tony speaks to customers as if customer service is an optional or outdated practice. This location has failed to follow up on and to correct it's own mistakes. In addition there has been no follow through from the operations manager Breana on a task as simple as cancelling a membership. Breana also failed to issue a refund to a customer who was charged for monthly membership after cancellation. In addition to not issuing the refund after stating she would, that customer was charged again the following month. The general manager of this location Tony when speaking to the customer provided no assistance other than stating it looks like Breana made a mistake. He offered no help, no solutions, no let me see what I can do. His response was I can do nothing, you should call corporate.
