| - GO TO ANOTHER LOCATION OR FIND A PLACE WITH BETTER TRAINED FRONT DESK STAFF!!! Been going to this place for 2 years. Customer service is TERRIBLE at best, and disrespectful. Wife asked if she could get a foot massage with no arms and leg massage just foot and neck. They said she would need to upgrade from $45 to $70 massage to focus on those areas. She said no problem and booked. Asked the front desk girl to communicate that to her masseuse who she has followed from the Chandler location. After massage she told the front desk girl she was disappointed, the therapist she was used to going to didn't touch her feet and spent total of 10 minutes on her aching neck (rest on legs and arms), she said she didn't feel like she should have had to upgrade and pay for the $70 massage if she didn't get what she was told she would. Its ok to tell customers to upgrade a treatment, if they actually get the treatment.
The front desk girl became irate and said "you cannot leave without paying, you have to pay, this is a service, you should have walked out of the massage after 10 minutes (hard to keep track of time in a dark silent room), or said something to the therapist (wife said something and it was not changed). I heard the front desk girl basically tell my wife it was her fault she didn't get what she asked for even though my wife said she tried to politely say something to her therapist without disrupting a silent room and making it awkward. My wife said she was happy to pay and tip the therapist as she didn't think it was his fault she thought maybe he was just not told to avoid certain areas and focus on the others, but the front desk girl did not understand that and kept yelling over her. My wife simply did not feel that she should have been charged more for a lesser service.
The front desk girl repeatedly told my wife she signed a document stating she will leave in 10 minutes if she didnt like the massage, and my wife mentioned she never signed anything and asked to see the document. When the staff member pulled the document, it had no statement saying she must leave after 10 minutes.
The front desk girl began to say to her in front of other clients, you are a doctor you should pay and not be so rude. THen when my wife said, I simply just wanted you to ask how it could be changed or better next time or just acknowledge it instead of saying it was her fault, the front desk girl screamed, "Dont tell me how to live my life, if you are so smart you should pay, good for you, just things along those lines." Manager was unavailable to speak with but basically at this place the therapists are nice, and great. Staff is incapable of professional communication and in their eyes CUSTOMER IS WRONG. You have a complaint? They werent there? Well then you are wrong and its your fault. Asked to speak to the manager, never heard from them and called again to ask the manager to call when she was in the salon. Still haven't heard back...
