  • No one on their staff is well versed in whether or not their products are tested on animals. I have gotten all sorts of answers from various employees and various locations. This is a cause that lays deeply in my heart. I want to know where my money is going when I make a purchase. This is disappointing. In addition, when making a simple return staff seems frustrated and unwilling to help. Almost as if they don't care if you are a customer since you are returning something.
