I read the negative reviews and at first was skeptical about this place. I asked them questions whether they honored their warranty and if people return calls. They said they absolutely do but I was still a little skeptical.
They had some really nice hot tubs so I bought a high end luxury island spa. The salesman was my courteous and professional. He really knew what he was talking about when I asked questions.
I bought it in May of 2016. In early 2017, I had some problems with the hot tub and called their service line (not their sales number). I talked to them and a technical called me within 48 hours to schedule an on-site visit. You have to call the service line specifically.
Well it took several visits and they were very nice and professional and honored their warranty.
I was so glad because it would have cost about $2,000 to fix.
Their hot tub guy is very cool. Also the electrician they recommend is top rate and have very reasonable prices. And the hot tubs movers they use are top notch and very good at what they are doing. And they too charge reasonable fees. All were very professional and respectful people.
Overall I am very impressed with this business and they have honored everything they said they would. Note that the 5 year warranty for hot tubs applies only to the original location delivered. If one moves the hot tub to new address, the warranty is no longer valid. This is standard in any hot tub company warranty in the USA. FYI.
Oh and I am very happy with the hot tub and my guests love it too.
