  • I like best buy because they have almost everything and its close, however last night I stood in line for 46 min just to pick up a pre-ordered game. It took not 2 min to checkout after I got to the counter. They were polite, however standing in line while only 2 people are in Customer service was uncalled for. They have an abundance of employees in every other department, they could spare two more for customer service.
