  • WORST EXPERIENCE EVER: I rented a room (Cotton room North) for a joint graduation party with a close friend, we have attended events held there before and were impressed, anyways it was all good until the party started and the speakers would not work!!! I had 100 guests and no music!! It was horrible and the staff was no help! They shrugged it off casually and did not seem concerned at all!! My party started at 6 and I was completely without music till around 9! We asked the staff if we could move to another room just to dance, and they had the AUDACITY to say they would charge us for both rooms!! We spent 700$ to rent this room and there was no assistance or trace of customer service whatsoever. The party was saved when one of the guests went back home and retrieved one of their speakers. DO NOT GO HERE!! we could've rented a better room with perfect audio for this price!! Not worth it!!
