  • I had a decent experience my first two times here, but this time will be my last. I waited for over an hour past my appointment time to get my dogs nails trimmed. No one offered any explain action it apology and acted really rude and put out when I asked nicely if they knew how much longer it would be (because my dog was getting visibly anxious from waiting in the waiting room for so long). Terrible service.
