| - **Update**
So, I've revisited since my last review, but only for a polish change and manicure. I'll stick to the polish change. They do a great job at that. The color lasts for like a week, and they do decent designs although the girl who does them is a bit rude. There's another female there who wears glasses, and she's quite rude too. They were rushing my nail tech, Lynn. Lynn is pretty sweet even though her English isn't that great. She does really good polish changes, and she takes her time to get it right. I still stand by my previous review regarding pedicures because I watch them while I'm there. They are still the same...no matter which tech you have.
This was my first time at this salon...based on a few decent yelp reviews. Don't expect an actual massage with your pedicure! I purchased the *Spa Manicure and Pedicure for $33. I told them it was my first visit and the services I wanted, and a guy pointed to the back and told me to pick out my color. I picked my color and went to the back. No one told me which chair to go to, so I had to ask. After I sat down, someone named Dan came over to do my pedicure. He didn't say hi, hello, or anything...just asked what services I was getting. I had questions, but he couldn't answer them...language barrier, I suppose. I put my color on the station and tried to relax. The water was cold, so I asked him to add hot water. He could barely understand what I was asking w/o me repeating myself 3x. He never actually washed my feet. He took them out of the water, dried them, and then used the scraper. Because my feet weren't really wet, it hurt a bit. I tried to tell him, but he didn't understand. Then he proceeded to the "massage" portion, unbeknownst to me. He squeezed some scrub gel and lotion onto my legs and feet and rubbed it in...and put my feet back in the water. He never did the massage, so I asked if my package included a massage. He said yes...but proceeded to dry my feet and put on my flip flops. He obviously didn't understand what I was asking. Afterwards, he ushered me to the manicure station, put cuticle remover and a sandwich bag on my hands, put them in the warmers and walked off. Minutes later I saw him starting another pedicure and someone named Hannah came over to do my manicure. Neither of them said a word. I had to ask what was going on. Smh...the experience was horrible. I'll never go back!! My search continues.
