PRE-ORDERING PROCESS
Was easy - we had art, Website & Graphic Design is what we do.
ORDER PLACED - Smooth?
Yes.
PAYMENT - Issues?
None.
WAITING - What Next?
Stupid me ... Googling reviews AFTER order found others said took too long near Chinese New Year (CNY). Our order placed 1/14/2015 had us CONCERNED!
WE EMAILED THEM -
No reply until 2nd email instructed them to void & refund order due to no reply.
WHAT DID THEY DO? - They telephoned us.
Henry called post deadline but same afternoon. After call I found Phil had answered our email in complete detail. No question was avoided.
PHONE CALL - Did I believe Henry?
At first, no. I felt it was just lip service to our numerous concerns. After Henry spoke with me for quite some time I eventually thought him believable.
WHAT WAS THE PHONE CALL ABOUT?
We discussed although printing would be in China, it would not impact delivery.
DELIVERY - On Time?
Yes and arrived EARLY BY ONE DAY!
RESULTS - How do they look?
Our previous cards could not be done by everyone so I wondered how this new spot UV would turn out. It is unbelievable. Printing is precise. Location is precise. !
ARE WE HAPPY? - WE ARE BEYOND IMPRESSED!
BOTTOM LINE -
Suffice it to say, all in all this is a Gold Star review far above what I feared would happen. Do it again? Yes. As a Graphic Arts Design House and Website Design facility, we have ample opportunity to refer and procure product for our customers. We would never do this unless 100% impressed and satisfied. Are we? Yes! What a great end to an overly nervous and concerned story.
