  • I have never received worse service anywhere before in my life! I called in for an appointment, made one, and while my sister called in for the same time appointment,they told her they were booked till 4:00 pm. I then called back immediately and asking if my sister could come with me )not mentioning that she had just called) and they said it was fine and didn't skip a beat. So we both go, and are sat completely across the room from each other. The nail technician came up and started prepping my nails, and I tell her 5 times minimum that I wanted acrylic nails put on. I had a menu and pointed to acrylic nails. She spoke no english at al clearly, because she started on my nails after that, filing and cutting the cuticles, the whole time doing this one handed and talking on her cell phone. She finished 3 nails cuticles, then was told by another technician that I wanted acrylics. She then told me "Sorry, I only do manicure", picked up her tools and walked away. Literally the biggest joke of a nail appointment
