  • Very bad overal experience was called by them your dogs script ready want us to mail or pick up, nice day I'll drive pick up she said hold I'll make sure it's ready. You called me. On hold ten minutes yes be ready in an hour Great it's 11 I get it later. Got there 130 Can't find did you call? No they called me. Have a seat I'll find out. About half hour she said in lab just a few minutes. Overall about an hour. Headed home checked e mail have e mail from mother pharmacy your script was mailed today. Really so called she said you must have ordered twice I didn't order vet did. Off to vet she called we did not order twice. Give me a few days to look into this Two days later got a call Yes your vet ordered twice we cannot return scripts so you will have to pay for both really??? Called vet she confirms ordered one time called them finally We got the order to mail did that somehow someone called client who wanted to pick up our mistake finally so now I'm waiting 3 to 5 weeks for my cc credit but did get the second script so now have 180 days of Med not sure dog needs them that long No apology to me or to vet Except mother company just bought roadrunner must need some work
