  • Employee was super stoned and couldn't figure the computer system while helping a customer so I waited 20 minutes until I was helped out only to find out that the spray tanning machine was broken. So I basically wasted nearly a half an hour of my time only to find out that's machine was broken. It would be convenient if there was a sign that said the machine was out of service so customers wouldn't have to waste their time.
