  • Do not rent here. Office staff very unfriendly maintenance staff doesn't know how to fix anything and constantly accused us of things we didn't do. Can't even enjoy the pool witness fights by other renters in the pool area. Our apartment flooded twice from the rain and once from the toilet took a long time for anyone to come and help. Washer and dryer didn't work properly and when reported was accused of lying so we could get a new one. Keep our deposit upon moving out and tried to charge us even more and we left the apartment in great shape. Worst apartment complex in Scottsdale
