  • Cajun food is supposed to be flavorful and spicy right? Well not at Cajun Yard Dog. We tried the étouffée and jambalaya and Neither has much taste to it. Very dumbed down. They are also quite skimpy on the seafood. Service was slow for lunch because it seemed like only one waitress ran the restaurant.
