Want fresh mozzarella? This is your place. They make it in-house and it is very, very good. It is served with beautifully buttered bread, sea salt for sprinkling on top and san marzano tomato 'jam'. This originally was the reason we came back to this place and it was worth it. We also shared a margarita pizza and baked penne carbonara. While the pizza was so-so (the crust was subpar compared to the sauce and cheese) the carbonara was very delicious with a lot of deep flavours. Scaddabush is a great place for very tasty food. You've gotta try it out!
