  • Let me preface this review by saying I really like my doctor here, Dr. Polsky and have been a patient of his for some time now. This review is for the rest of the Huntersville practice. My last appointment I waited 40 minutes in the waiting area past my scheduled appointment time before I was called back. Then waited another 50 minutes in the exam room before the doctor finally came in. After my exam I had to have some blood drawn and by the time I walked out, it was 10 minutes short of 2 hours past my appointment time and not one person bothered to tell me why it took so long or offer an apology for the loooong wait time. I guess they thought it was ok to just waste 2 hours of my time. Plus one year later I am still fighting to get charges for a failed procedure removed from my bill that Dr. Polsky told me not once, but twice he was not going to bill me for. The business office call center is either in India or staffed by Indians and I have explained the situation more than 2 dozen times to at least as many people to no avail and have become so frustrated I told the business office never to call me again. I have also spoken with the office manager at the Huntersville location at least 6 times with no results. On my last office visit, I told Dr. Polsky what was going on and he said he would get involved and get this matter straightened out. We shall see what happens but after almost a year into this fiasco I don't have high hopes of getting the situation rectified, but I will not pay the amount I was told twice that I would not be billed for.
