  • Yesterday was my father's 75th birthday. I wanted to send a little something to celebrate his special day. I ordered a small fruit basket with a birthday balloon the day before. My parents missed the first delivery as they were out. I saw an email mentioning that. I emailed the general 1 800 Flowers company and gave them both their home phone and cell phone numbers. I called the corporate number. They told me the florist in Las Vegas with the same name, 1 800 flowers, left messages. THEY LIED! They did not leave a message on either phone. I could have driven from Los Angeles, picked up the basket from them on Charleston and hand-delivered the basket in person before they did. I hope the basket is delivered tomorrow morning. That's only 2 days late. NEVER. AGAIN!
