  • I have been a long time customer for 4 years now and this is the first and only place I go to when I need stitched letters to be done. This store is located in the Chipotle and Coffee Bean's shopping center and is tucked towards the back. There are numerous options for Greek people to buy already made sweaters, tiki's, key chains, paddles, etc. The store owner Jack is great! He is very professional with his customers and even suggests things when you're indecisive. A lot of Greek organizations don't even call this store University Connections, it's "Jacks" to us. Lol During new member season or crossing season give Jack about 2 to 3 weeks to complete your order, most of the time he'll get it done quicker than the estimated time. He'll text you that day and you just go in to pick it up! He has the color, font, and texture materials on the counter for you to browse through and chose. Jack will not alter or touch another company's product so if you're looking for changes in an embroidery or stitched set of letters, he'll ask you to remove them yourself or have the company who originally did it remove it. I spent a lot at Jacks and I'll probably invest more into his business as I order letters.
