  • Our AC was struggling and after calling another company that said it'd be a week till they could get to us, we called Chief Bauer and they were able to get to us that day. The technician, Buddy, was professional, very helpful, and was able to explain to us what was going on in a way we understood. We did end up getting a service plan but did not feel like we were being pushed.
