  • Overall I love this GC. Staff is super friendly and knowledgeable, and quick to help. If you want to be left alone, they leave you alone, which I love. Read: they don't hound you for a sale. My only two beefs with the place are the bass guitar selection and the trade-in values they give. Their bass selection is quite small, confined to one room (with a few in the Fender room), and mostly lower-end basses. Now, on to the trade-in values they give.... its highway robbery. If you have a guitar you want to sell them, do yourself a favor and sell it online or elsewhere. You will get 1/4 of what the guitar is worth, and when you try and haggle a bit, prepare to get a cold shoulder and a "well, you can leave" attitude. They don't offer ANY wiggle room at all. If it weren't for that, Id give this place 5 stars. Its like the employees are super friendly when they greet you, but turn into demons when its time to trade in a guitar.
