  • Michael recently catered our Christmas Eve party for 98 people and what an outstanding job he did! I did not know of Michael or his catering company before I booked him - I found Lil's Leto's catering online, loved the reviews and interviewed Michael for our party. Michael's menu choices are abundant and his food is absolutely superb! The salmon bruschetta was delicious - the cream cheese spread on the homemade focaccia was so tasty that I could eat it by itself with a spoon (which I did the following day). My favorite choice was the arancini rice balls. They were divine - delicious, moist and cooked to absolute perfection. The spicy coconut shrimp were also a big hit - Michael was constantly restocking the platter!!! Michael was a delight to work with, extremely professional and accommodating with my last minute changes/modifications. Not only did Michael and his assistants serve and make conversation with our guests, they also left kitychen spotless. The leftovers were all packed and labeled in the refrigerator for us to enjoy the following day(s)! Fabulous food and chef!!!
