I will NEVER stay here again due to the parking situation. Apparently I chose to stay here on the same night as a NBA game. How was I supposed to know that the hotel would sell out their hotel parking garage? This meant that I had to find parking on my own. I went to their overflow lot, which was already full. I had to park next door in another garage ($20, no in and out privileges) which was dingy and led me to some dark random alley way. It took me about ten minutes to figure out how to get to the hotel. Did the manager care or apologize when I complained? Nope! So one star it is!
I see that other yelpers have had problems parking as well. If this is such a big deal, then maybe some sort of hierarchy system needs to be implemented. As a Marriott Gold member, I feel like I should have had a place to park! Maybe that sounds snotty of me, but a gold status means you've stayed at least 50 nights in a calendar year. That should count for something!
