  • I have been waiting for one month to get problem solved. Trip 3 doesnt bring the part poor guy didnt know why he was back here today. I say where is the part that you ordered. He called the office and they say the part may have got sent back. Really nice 3 visits the office gave a bunch of excuses. And said all this talk isnt neccesary really. How about you quit lying and making excuses and fix the problem he was at our home for 10 min are you kidding and now has to come back out tomorrow. Amazing the part reappeared. Unreal yesterday I called my home warranty company and said how great this company was today all hell broke loose. I should of known when the tech shows up in his own personal mini van with no company name on it i was in trouble. The tech is very nice the office girl got major attitude today. Unreal they say the 3rd time is a charm not so much.
