  • I would have never found out about this place if it wasn't for the Indie Coffee Passport, so kudos to him for participating. I'm giving this a 5* for a few reasons: 1. This guy is a purist. He keeps it simple. There are 5 things on the menu and that's it. You want caramel whip frappucino sugar swirl twirl, go to hell. I love it. Less is more when it comes to these things. 2. I would place him Top 15 places I've been to in the world. He is precise, calculated and wants to be the best. 3. It's a hole in the wall and I like his set up. It's similar to what you will find in many side streets and alleys in Rome. Simple, clean, standup only. 4. He's a grinder. Good work ethic and he will do well in this business. 5. I love discovering places before they become big. This guy is on his way. Check him out.
