  • We have lived in a Marshall Stearns property for almost a year. From the time we toured the rental property to now a year later, working with Marshall Stearns has been extremely easy. The process of renting the property was smooth as possible. Paying the monthly rent is effortless. When there has been maintenance issues, it has been easy to notify them of the issue and then someone was sent out to fix right away. I strongly recommend Marshall Stearns to manage anyone's property.
