Salon is busy but they were good about getting me in on a Saturday afternoon. Price for a regular manicure is quite reasonable at $13, with a $1 discount for paying cash. However, the quality of the manicure itself was a little disappointing. The operator (Leah), scruffed my nails using a shaping block, leaving scratches/grooves in my nails which were visible even after polish was applied. In 30 years of manicures I have never seen that done before. She then proceeded to chide me about some dry skin around my nails, explaining that it was not a cuticle problem, but a problem with not lotioning enough. This all while doing a manicure that did not include even the tiniest iota of lotion. Another first! Anyway, the staff was pleasant enough, but the place is crowded and for manicures you sit not at an individual station, but at a long counter running the length of the room. Not the most relaxing experience in the world, but efficient and cheap if you don't mind the less-than-stellar manicure quality.
