  • Wow, what a place. I needed a replacement battery for my watch. Jackie had me describe the back of the watch with Q&A and determined that Battery Source couldn't do it but recommended two other places including their addresses and phone numbers that might. All this without actually being able to do business with them. That's service to the nth degree.
