| - REVIEW OF SERVICE DEPARTMENT: Ok, I've tried to be patient with this dealership's service department, but I've simply had enough and have given up. Even though the other Hyundai locations are out of my way, I'm just going to drive there from now on. Every single time I try to make a service appointment at this place, it is nearly impossible. The phone just rings and rings and there is no way to leave a voicemail. Last time, I called a handful of times. Today, I called three times before reaching someone. Once I finally did, the gentleman who answered was rude. The last time I called them, I swear they acted surprised that someone was even calling for service. So peculiar. Today is a Tuesday, so I was hoping for an appointment this week or weekend. Nope. He said the soonest my car can come in is next week. I didn't have my calendar in front of me and I asked him if he could give me a minute to retrieve it and he said "Just call me back" and then hung up on me! I'm seriously disturbed that this is considered acceptable business practice. I wish I could say this was the first time I have experienced this here, but it was not! I have a bad experience like this every single time I have to call this place. They also don't offer any weekend hours. In fairness, I am giving two stars because they did successfully complete some warranty on my car two years ago, and although I had to call repeatedly and follow up and plan way ahead for an appointment, they did do it. Honestly, this is my first time being a Hyundai owner (I was previously a Toyota owner for my last two vehicles) and it will be the last time due to the fact that the only dealer service location in my area is so impossible to work with. It's a great car and manufacturer, but I have to give up here because I just can't do business with these guys and now I have to drive way out of my way for my service.
