  • Got a courtesy call from Mike Simone to come back and he'd sell me a car, $100 over invoice on the new 2013 Nissan Altima if he had to. Well, he kept his word AND lowered the interest rate 1%. Having a hefty down payment and exceptional credit helped, I'm sure, but these guys kept their word. Alan Abernathy seems new to their procedures but was VERY knowledgeable about the vehicles. Franco Valdes helped as well and was very to the point, not wasting any time. It was a very comfortable experience, and they didn't go back on anything. There wasn't much negotiating. I asked for the best deal I could think of and they gave it to me. Eun Song in the finance department was very pleasant and offered a huge student discount on the extended warranty. Since this place has been under new management, it's like a new experience!
