This is a zero star review. I am an owner and cant give this timeshare away if I wanted to. Customer service specifically in the call center at every level is TERRIBLE. Whenever Ive called I spend no less that 45-1 hour for the most minor requests and inquiries. You will get hung up on or transferred to the wrong place in a loop. If ypu require a call back good luck in getting a call back. They will never be able to easily find what you are asking for ever. Maintenance fees consistently go up annually which Im thinking is how the scam works to frustrate owners and make them foreclose to free up room to sell to a new unsuspecting buyer. RUN dont walk away from DRI but if you still want it I will sell you mine for next to nothing compared to what they hustle you for...
