  • I stayed at the Paris and I came here for breakfast buffet. I was excited to see the crepe station. They had savoury and sweet crepes to choose from. My first pick was the grilled chicken and spinach crepe. But the person making the crepes said they are out of chicken. I went there for breakfast, and the buffet just opened. How can they be out so fast? Or were they out since the evening of the previous night and they didn't replenish the chicken? Anyways I was quite disappointed how unprepared they were. I had to choose something else which was the caprese one. The other food items were mediocre. A lot of the food were cold. The desserts were bad. They have macarons but they are poorly put together and they have barely any taste. I don't expect much from a buffet. I guess Paris Le Village has decent food for a buffet. Would I come back? Probably not. I only wanted to have one buffet visit during my Vegas stay and I chose this one since I was at this hotel. I guess buffet isn't really my thing since I can't get my money's worth as I can't eat that much, and I would rather put my money towards better quality food. If you do the 24hr buffet pass, I think this buffet has decent food for a buffet and it's worth dropping by to sample some items. But I wouldn't suggest paying a one-time buffet price since you can get much better food at the same price.
