  • Bare with me. I will start by saying, the work these ladies do here is really good. Quality alternation. However, their customer service is seriously lacking... my journey begins FIVE WEEKS AGO. I brought in a dress to shorten the length and tighten the back. They say it'll be ready in one week. Much to my surprise. I mentioned that was faster than expected! She then ask, since I wasn't in a hurry, if they could take two. Yah no problem! Two weeks go by and I hear nothing, three weeks and I decided to call to see what was going on. Yes it was ready, no one notified me.. so I go in to get it and try it on and the back was not done... at first the lady tried to convince me it didn't need to be done. But it was quite gappy. Another women from the back came from the back and started pinning it up. They told me another week. I said fine. Asked for another slip and they couldn't?/wouldn't give me one for the new date? Idk fine I'll see you in a week. One week, nothing, two weekend, nothing. So I just show up. Sure enough my dress is ready. I try it on and it is better, but not 100% they told me to just pull my dress down and it will be. Let me tell you, this dress fits perfectly. There is no "pulling it down" over my hips. But at this point I'm not gonna wait another two weeks I need it for next weekend. She quotes me $85. I proceeded to ask her to take into account how long I waited and that they skipped the back the first time. I got $5 off... should have asked for more but I'm not good at this stuff and was just over dealing with it. I will not be going back. But if you don't care about customer service, I guess you would be okay here.
