  • lived here almost a year , & cannot way to leave. the people in the office are nice, but management is out of touch, & does not seem to care about the people living here, or takes any pride in their job,or making sure the apartments are being properly kept up. It is an insult, & tells you how out of touch the management here is when they want to raise your rent to 1,060.00 a month for a 1 bedroom, when you are using appliances ( dishwasher etc ) from the 1990s ( unbelievable!!!! ) & all cabinets, etc have paint peeling, & falling apart. Now if the management did a walk through ( like every other complex i lived in did ) before i moved in, or in the year i lived here before wanting me to pay more to stay here, they would realized just how out of touch they are, & how ridiculous them wanting me to pay more to stay here is. ( its a joke!!!) It said because it would be a great place to live if their was somebody running the show who actually cared about the people renting here, & not just try to squeeze more money from a place that is already over priced, & has a kitchen stocked with appliances over 20 years old.
