  • My dog recently had a bout with something that could have been serious. We saw both Dr Koza and Dr Newquist during our visits. Both of the veterinarians took the time to listen and understand and then ask questions to make sure they fully understood. After that they both took the time to offer all options available and explained possible outcomes. They and their staff truly cared about our dog and treated us with respect. The Drs themselves followed up with us every day instead of just getting their staff to contact us. Either way would have been fine but to hear specifically from the Dr shows true care. They knew the urgency of the situation and were able to squeeze our dog in within a moments notice. We plan to go back for any further needs we may have.
