  • I went to Anarres for the first time yesterday...NEVER AGAIN! the place was a pungent, dusty shoe box and if the small size, the dust and disorganization had not manage to upset me, the customer service certainly did...I could not get a single person from their chaotic service to give me a price without having to insist. After waiting for a very long time to be helped, then checked out, I could not even get an actual receipt (apparently they only e-mail them). I had to give them my e-mail address and hope it was sent to me...Well, it wasn't.
