  • Arrived early this morning. The room was "packed". It's been 2 hours & I'm still waiting. Was told that the computer was down & everything had to be handwritten. Staff was pleasant but the service leaves a lot to be desired. It seems that every time I come here the service has been slow. Banner needs to find a more efficient company that can handle the volume.
