  • Disappointed. Dr A came highly referred by a co-worker. I was suffering from a torn rotator cuff for about 2 months. I had called and made arrangements for treatment from Dr A and massage all for my $50 co-pay. I went twice and felt about 20% better (not sure if it was the physical therapy I'd been doing or the dry needle therapy Dr A had been doing, maybe both). Then Dr A advised they were going to charge me another $20 for the dry needling. This was the only treatment is been receiving for my shoulder from Dr A. When I advised we had agreed upon $50 co-pay before I started treatment I was shocked at the attitude I received from the receptionist first and then Dr A second. I walked out disappointed that they were unwilling to honor the terms agreed upon and now have set me back another month on getting this pain resolved.
